Kerry Brown, the owner of VistaHelp.ca has been elected to the Canadian Internet Registration Authority board of directors. CIRA is responsible for maintaining the dot-ca registry and DNS servers.

Vista Welcome Screen

When Vista starts it shows the Welcome Center which displays some information about your computer and has links to commonly used controls. You can add printers, setup devices, personalize Windows and more.

Note that Aero Glass is not enabled in this screen shot.
